RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At Misfalah, customer satisfaction is our priority.

1. RETURN ELIGIBILITY

Products may be returned only if:

• You received the wrong product.

• You received a damaged product.

• You received a defective product.

• The product has a manufacturing defect.

The issue must be reported within 24 hours of receiving the product.

2. INSPECTION DURING DELIVERY

Customers are requested to inspect the product in front of the delivery agent before accepting it.

Once the product has been accepted and the courier has left, claims for physical damage, missing items, or incorrect products may not be accepted.

3. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Returns will not be accepted for:
